Objectives
Primary Care Associations (PCAs) provide training and technical assistance (T/TA) to support health centers to provide comprehensive, high quality primary health care and improve the health of individuals and communities, through the following goals: increase access to comprehensive primary care; accelerate value-based care delivery; foster a workforce to address current and emerging needs; enhance emergency preparedness and response; and advance clinical quality and performance. National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs) develop, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate national-level T/TA that strategically positions health centers to deliver comprehensive care, address emergent public health issues and health needs, improve operational effectiveness, and advance health equity.
